PRIMARY TASKS:

2. Research and evaluate information pertaining to deaf issues, Auslan and interpreting.
3. Interpret on assignments outside the Department of Education.
4. Assist in the professional development of staff, especially in the field of complex interpreting and signing

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
as for NAATI Paraprofessional, as well as:
1. Precise interpreting of difficult and complex language and concepts.
2. Exercise significant discretion as to how interpreting assignments are to be best achieved.
